DUES
UAW members contribute monthly dues to support the work of their union. Members employed part-time who work at least 40 hours per calendar month are subject to minimum monthly dues. From bargaining contracts to enforcing them through the grievance procedure, union dues provide the resources used by locals every day. The UAW dues structure is set by delegates to UAW Constitutional Conventions. The last change to Article 16 occurred at the 37th Constitutional Convention held in June 2018.
