Since its founding in 2006, Twitter has become the top platform for what’s happening right now. It’s full of inside jokes, memes, breaking news and hashtags. #LatinaEqualPayDay Twitter Storm

In 2016, Latinas experience a disparity in wages that is not only unacceptable for them as worker, but directly affects the families and communities that they support. Specifically, Latinas earn only 55 cents for every dollar earned by White, Non-Hispanic men.
