My Brothers and Sisters, Today brought more news of members and hard-working men and women stepping up to help our first line responders and their families and communities during these difficult days. We have members who have courageously volunteered their time, going through rigorous safety training at the GM Kokomo, Indiana, facility as they begin their work to make ventilators that will save lives. Statement from UAW Region 2-B Director Rich Rankin on Dana Recognition

Several months ago, workers at Dana Toledo reached out to the UAW for representation. During the last few weeks, a majority of the workers authorized the UAW to represent them in collective bargaining with the Company. Today Dana agreed to follow the parties’ agreement toward recognition of the UAW as the exclusive bargaining representative of the workers. The parties will then begin contract negotiations. Rankin elected Director of UAW Region 2B Indiana and Ohio

(Maumee) – At a special regional leadership meeting Thursday, Rich Rankin was elected to fill out the remaining term as Regional Director of the UAWs Indiana and Ohio membership.
