Memorial Day is dedicated to remembering U.S. military personnel who have given their lives to serve our great nation. It is a day that has powerful meaning to veterans such as myself, but I know it is significant to everyone in our UAW family. This Memorial Day, let us all take time to remember and honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for their country. It is because of these brave men and women that we enjoy the freedoms we have today and we must never forget their sacrifice and the sacrifices of their families.
