LAS VEGAS — The UAW’s presence in Las Vegas continues to grow as cage cashiers at The Flamingo casino voted overwhelmingly to join the union, the first time such workers will be represented by a union on The Strip. The vote, which was supervised by the National Labor Relations Board, took place Thursday. Flamingo/Margaritaville dealers overwhelmingly ratify groundbreaking first contract

UAW President, Dennis Williams LAS VEGAS ̶ UAW-represented table games dealers at The Flamingo/Margaritaville Casino on Friday overwhelmingly ratified their first-ever contract, a groundbreaking agreement that raises the bar for all gaming workers in Las Vegas. More than 400 dealers, members of UAW Local 3555, ratified the agreement by 91 percent.
