Today is National Voter Registration Day! Each year on the fourth Tuesday in September, citizens are urged to register to vote and make sure they’re ready to cast their ballots on Election Day (or before).

Every year, millions of Americans find themselves unable to vote because they miss a registration deadline, don’t update their registration, or aren’t sure how to register. With so much at stake this year, it’s critical that all UAW members are prepared to make their voices heard on or before November 3rd.

This year, it’s not just the presidential election that voters have to think about. There are critical races on the state and local level that will be decided by voters on November 3rd as well.

So whether you’ll be thinking about labor issues, the economy, or health care when you head to the ballot box, the most important thing is that you’re ready and able to cast your ballot!

Join us in celebrating National Voter Registration Day by visiting IWillVote.org to confirm your voter registration status or to get registered to vote today.
