Retirees to receive mailing on proposed settlement

The materials describing the proposed Retiree Settlement Agreement have been finalized and printed. The mailing of those materials began on Friday. Each retiree and surviving spouse should receive those documents in the mail over the next few days. Those materials describe in detail the process for court approval and summarize the terms of the proposed sale and Retiree Settlement Agreement.
